When will my project start?

We operate on a first come, first serve basis. 

How long will it take?

Every project is unique, with varying scopes of work. Branding projects on average take 2-3 weeks. Your project timeline and milestones will be outlined in your project planner prior to starting your project. For us to maintain commitments to these dates, frequent and timely communication is a must.

How much will my project cost?

Every project is custom, so cost will vary. For branding, the average budget is $600-$800 and grows from there (depending on how many concepts and revisions, as well as level of involvement). 

If you’re wanting an exact estimate, feel free to request a quote and let us know what you’re looking to get done.

Is there a deposit? How do I pay?

We require a 25% deposit in order to start work on your project. The remaining balance will be divided into two payments: 50% towards the middle of the project and 25% prior to launch/completion. This will be outlined in your project planner prior to starting your project.

Do you have monthly retainers?

Yes! We have pre-set packages. We also allow for custom retainers. If you have a set budget per month, we can work within that to prioritize what’s most important to keep you moving forward.
